Scott E. Metzger

Scott Metzger attended Colorado State University and graduated with a BS degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing.

In 1982, Mr. Metzger became a Commercial Lines Agent for Liberty Mutual and a Liberty Leaders member in 1984.  He became a Commercial Agent for Nationwide Insurance in 1986 and the first Independent Contractor for Nationwide Insurance in 1989.  Mr. Metzger is a founding partner for CRS Insurance Brokerage and became President of the agency in 1994.  He is proud to have helped CRS become one of Denver's most notable insurance agencies.

Mr. Metzger is married and has two daughters.

Richard W. Salmon

Richard Salmon attended Western State College and graduated with a BA degree in History and Secondary Education.

In 1974, Mr. Salmon started his insurance career after serving in the United States Army.  His career began as an underwriter with the Travelers Insurance Company.  Later he became a commercial lines sales agent in the independent agency system.  He joined Nationwide Insurance in 1989 as a Commercial Agent.  He later helped form CRS Insurance Brokerage and serves as its Vice-President.

Mr. Salmon is married and has two daughters.

Scott M. White

Scott White graduated from Western State College with a BA degree in Business Administration.

He has over 30 years of Commercial Insurance and Bonding experience.  He has served in many positions from a company marketing representative to a commercial insurance broker.  He helped in the formation of CRS Insurance Brokerage.  He holds the position of Secretary/Treasurer of the agency.

Mr. White is married and has two daughters.

Donald B. Dankert

Donald Dankert attended the University of Toledo and graduated with a BA degree in Business Administration and Marketing.

In 1976, he moved to Colorado and spent 8 years with the JC Penny Co. in various buying and management positions.  He started his insurance career with Liberty Mutual in 1983 as a commercial lines agent.  He later became an agent for Nationwide Insurance in 1989 and helped start CRS Insurance Brokerage in 1993.

Mr. Dankert is married, has three sons, and a grandson.
